Mission Monks Beef is now Sacred Heart Cattle Company. Same great beef- new great name! The Benedictine Monks of Sacred Heart Cattle Company started farming the land at Sacred Heart nearly 150 years ago. Through the years, the Monks have continued their cattle operation at St. Gregory’s Abbey in Shawnee, Oklahoma. They pride themselves on delicious, honest, homegrown beef.

Retail cuts are still available at The Monks' Marketplace store hours are Tuesday through Saturday- 9:30 a.m.-11:45 a.m. and 1:30-4:30 p.m. The Marketplace is located inside the monastery front doors, just north of the Abbey Church on the grounds of St. Gregory's Abbey at 1900 W. MacArthur Street in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
