We are proud to sell high-quality Mission Monks Beef by the cut at the Monks' Marketplace. Our cattle are grass-fed, pasture-raised and hormone-free.  Choose among tenderloins, rib-eyes, t-bones, sirloins, short ribs, various roasts, brisket, flank steak and ground beef.  See the complete list of cuts below.

The Monks' Marketplace store hours are Tuesday through Saturday- 9:30 a.m.-11:45 a.m. and 1:30-4:30 p.m. The Marketplace is located inside the monastery front doors, just north of the Abbey Church on the grounds of St. Gregory's Abbey at 1900 W. MacArthur Street in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
